Refunds and Returns and Delivery Postal Services

Karen Curran The Heart of Us does not provide change of mind refunds. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase of services or products.

Digital products and downloads cannot be refunded.

If any purchases require delivery, you acknowledge and agree that Karen Curran The Heart of Us is not the provider of these delivery options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Postal Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Postal Services.

Although we are not responsible for delivery/postal carriers, f you have purchased a physical product and it is damaged in transit, please contact Karen Curran immediately within 14 days of placing the order to discuss options. Please outline in what way the Products were damaged in transit and provide a contact number so that we can discuss a solution.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Purchasing Products via the Website

All purchases made through the website are subject to our approval. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability to you or any third party, to decline or cancel any transaction. By placing an order on the website, you confirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

I am a sole trader and I take great care in creating my products and services and I want you to enjoy my products and services. If you are unhappy about any product or service, please contact myself immediately with your contact details so that I can make a genuine effort to resolve any dispute.

Respectful Communication

Respectful communication is engaging in conversations with others politely, considering other people’s feelings, actively listening to other people’s viewpoints, and valuing their ideas yet accepting that people may have different opinions.

In all in-person, video and phone consultations, emails or any written communications, which includes website and social media, you will treat me with respect. In all communications with you, I will treat you with respect. In group classes or workshops, the same respect and courtesy is to be applied to all participants.

Responsible Engagement

If there is any disrespectful engagement on any of my social media platforms or website, the comments will be deleted. Karen Curran is not responsible for the behaviour of others. If there is a problem, please contact me.

Attendance
Class, Program Course

Refunds: No refunds will be issued after the commencement of a class, program or course. In the case of genuine mistakes in enrolment, notice within 24 hours of enrolling will be refunded minus an administration fee of AUD$10.
In the event that a class, program or course is cancelled by us due to minimum enrolment numbers not being reached, or if payment is received when the class is already full, a full refund will be issued.
Credits: No credits are issued for missed classes. In the case of serious medical circumstances please contact Karen direct.
Your personal contact details will be used solely for the use of Karen Curran -The Heart of Us and will not be passed on to any other sources except in rare circumstances are required by law.
Individual sessions are NOT recorded. Some general group classes or workshops may be recorded, but only of the Speaker/Presenter. Participants will NOT be shown or identified as Privacy is paramount.

Products

We do not mass produce products.
We are proud of the products we have lovingly created both digital and as products produced individually or in small numbers.
Due to their individual nature, no refunds are applicable for digital or printed on demand products. No refunds are applicable for commissioned art in any form.
However, if there is a problem with damage in delivery of a printed product please contact us to arrange a solution, replacement or refund.

Individual Live Therapy Sessions OR Coaching OR Guided Visualisations OR Self directed Courses OR Online Workshops, Classes or Courses including 'Journey of the Heart' course

No guarantees nor refunds are applicable as the individual results vary from client to client. However, what is shared is private and confidential except in the case of law or if there is cause to believe that someone is in danger as in the Informed Consent signed by each client.

If a live session, class or workshop is cancelled by the client other than for genuine illness within 24 hours of session, or session is a no-show, then the full session fee is applicable.
